LTCU - Thursday

Yesterday was a super practical and a super put into practice kinda' day where I totally learned a lot!~
Learned a great teaching/learning method of Why? What? How? Now?
Then each group had to put together a 30 minute training session to inspire, equip & deploy another student ministry to Live & Lead The Cause! Totally Rad!~
Our group lead off with a skit & tied it up at the end with a related skit. Man this group is ready to DEPLOY!~
Then last night we did an exercise that was genius! We wrote out our Mission statement for living, leading & launching THE Cause in our community. Then everyone switched tables - then that group would say what would hinder that mission statement from happening. Switch again, answer, "If I were Satan, how would I keep you from accomplishing your mission?" Switch tables again, answer, "What resources (people, time, money, etc...) do we need to accomplish this mission. The we go back to our tables and we get all this AMAZING feedback from other groups about our mission - Phenomenal idea and a great resource!
Well, today is Graduation Day - it's time to DEPLOY, and in the words of Greg Stier, "It's about to get Stinkin' Strategic!"
Bring it on....
